The Ceremony

Your ceromony includes a private room for the bride, a spacious entry for pictures & flowers, and table(s) for a guest book, etc.

All fees will be calculated by the Wedding Coordinator.

The minister fee includes 3 premarital meetings. Please make appointments directly with the minister. The 3 pre-marital conferences between the couple and the minister are required.

The couple may bring their own music, but our Music Director is the only person to be hired for church organ usage.

The Church Wedding Coordinator and the Custodian are required for all weddings and receptions.

Sanctuary Deposit will be refunded if facilities are left in the same condition as prior to the event or if event is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the event.

The Reception

Our grand Fellowship Hall is avibale for receptions. It includes tables & chairs, a stage for a band or DJ, and plenty of space fora dance floor, food set-up, foto booth, cake area, and all other needs.

Deposit will be refunded if facilities are left in the same condition as prior to the event or if the event is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the event.

All food, refreshments, and decorations for the reception are to be supplied by a caterer of your choice. All food must be prepared prior to the reception.

The church kitchen is also available to rent for food setup and serving only. No ovens or refrigeration are available.

Please call the church office to clear the date for your wedding on the church master calendar. The $200 for Sanctuary security deposit is required to secure your wedding date and time.

After you secure the wedding time/date, please call the Wedding Hostess to begin making arrangements.

Your rehearsal should be 1 to 3 days before your wedding. Please schedule it as early as possible. Please have all of the participants in the wedding present at the rehearsal so that the wedding will go as smoothly as possible.
